Services: ordering, pricing and payment 1. Prices and promotions for products on the application or website may differ from those in stores in the State of Kuwait, and their prices may change without prior notice. 2. All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti dinars, and later in the case of other branches, they are displayed in the country’s local currency. 5. Brigge may not accept orders for products placed by you if (a) the item(s) are not available; (b) if Brigge does not receive authorization for payment; (c) shipping restrictions have been applied to a particular product; (d) Brigge finds any error in the product or pricing; or (e) for any other reason in Brigge's sole discretion. In order for Brigge to arrange for the delivery of any products you have purchased, you are solely responsible for providing correct and accurate postal details. 2. The risk of loss and title for the products you purchase on the Application or Website pass to you upon delivery of the purchased products by the logistics supplier. 3. Brigge is not responsible for any delay in shipping your ordered and purchased product/s, lost or misplaced product/s or incorrect delivery of the product/s to you, due to your error or due to inaccurate, false or incomplete information provided by you. 4. All materials are quality controlled and checked for any errors before being sent to you. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately via info@briggeskw.com and make arrangements to return the defective products to us. 5. Please note that, unless otherwise stated on the Website or App, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed, and despite our best efforts these dates may vary. 6. For returns 1. Brigge wants you to be pleased with your purchase, therefore if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product, Brigge will return your purchase within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date of the products you purchased. Please see the returns policy available on the app or website. Products purchased through the Site must be returned in new and unused condition in their original packaging with the original invoice with all tags still attached to the product, in addition to free or discounted products purchased as part of any promotion. Brigge may not accept returns that are damaged, soiled or altered and may be returned to you. All properly returned products will be refunded in the manner stated below 1. If you paid via credit/debit card, the amount will be refunded to the original purchaser in the form of a credit to the relevant credit/debit card or bank account used to make the transaction less applicable bank charges (if applicable). 2. Please note that card refunds may take up to thirty (30) business days to be transferred through your bank, depending on the processing time. This may vary greatly between card issuers, and Brigge will not be responsible for any delay in your refund by card companies. Brigge makes no guarantees whatsoever as to the accuracy or timeliness of refunds arriving at customers' card/bank accounts.
